Couldn't of had better service from initial site inspection to quote for the job through to installation and aftercare. From my initial contact I had an immediate response; on the following day, a visit to assess my needs; on the second day, a quote and following my acceptance, arrangement of the installation day. I had a myenergi zappi EV charger installed by Philip and David. I originally contacted them (and a few others) after research of local electricians which specialised in EV charging installations. My installation was quite complex, being on a detached garage so I wanted someone who would understand my requirements. They came to do a survey and recommended the myenergi zappi, which was fitted promptly. The standard of work was very high and they took care to ensure the installation was fully working to my satisfaction.

Great service from Philip and David who spent the day installing a Zappi EV charger and upgrading house and garage consumer units. Hiding the cable run across the front of the house was a bit of a challenge, but no trouble for them! From my very first contact, communication has been excellent and very quick - so much so the charger has beaten the arrival of the car! After a very frustrating experience with another EV charging installation company we turned to Baird and Brown in near desperation as even though we didn't know of the company they are local to us - and we are so glad we did! We received replies to enquiries within a couple of hours, our survey was carried out within a day and just a week later the installation was done - quickly, neatly and very professionally. The guys visited my property answering my request to install an EV charger. They were both very friendly and professional. It was clearly explained what was needed and at no time did they try to over sell. On the day of installation they arrived on time and were very tidy and the work was to a very high standard. When they were finished they fully explained what they had done and how everything worked. They were also very good with their price. I have already asked them to do some more work for us.
